Kjo dit\u00eb u prezantua si nj\u00eb dat\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme dy vjet p\u00ebrpara OKB-s\u00eb nga Organizata Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare e Aviacionit Civil (ICAO), m\u00eb 7 dhjetor 1994, kur u festua 50 vjetori i n\u00ebnshkrimit t\u00eb Konvent\u00ebs s\u00eb \u00c7ikagos. K\u00ebshtu, kjo organizat\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare e aviacionit i b\u00ebri homazhe krijimit t\u00eb saj sepse, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera, nj\u00eb nga dispozitat e konvent\u00ebs s\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruar n\u00eb \u00c7ikago ishte themelimi i ICAO. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Q\u00ebllimi i sh\u00ebnimit t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj dite \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb njihet r\u00ebnd\u00ebsia e aviacionit, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht e transportit ajror nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, p\u00ebr zhvillimin social dhe ekonomik t\u00eb mbar\u00eb bot\u00ebs. Duke kujtuar objektivat e k\u00ebsaj konvente, ajo ndihmon n\u00eb krijimin dhe ngritjen e nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimit mbar\u00ebbot\u00ebror p\u00ebr r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e aviacionit civil nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr zhvillimin social dhe ekonomik t\u00eb shteteve, si dhe rolin unik t\u00eb ICAO-s p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndihmuar shtetet q\u00eb t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunojn\u00eb dhe t\u00eb krijojn\u00eb nj\u00eb rrjet global t\u00eb tranzitit t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb. p\u00ebr gjith\u00eb njer\u00ebzimin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nd\u00ebrsa Kombet e Bashkuara miratojn\u00eb Axhend\u00ebn 2030 dhe hyjn\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb epok\u00eb t\u00eb re t\u00eb zhvillimit t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm global, themelet e Konvent\u00ebs s\u00eb \u00c7ikagos dhe fluturimet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare po b\u00ebhen nj\u00eb shtyt\u00ebs edhe m\u00eb i fort\u00eb i paqes dhe prosperitetit global. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c7do pes\u00eb vjet, q\u00eb p\u00ebrkon me p\u00ebrvjetor\u00ebt e ICAO-s (2014, 2019, 2024, 2029\u2026), K\u00ebshilli ICAO vendos nj\u00eb tem\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb jubilare p\u00ebr Dit\u00ebn Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Aviacionit Civil. Tema e p\u00ebrvjetorit t\u00eb fundit t\u00eb ICAO-s n\u00eb vitin 2019 u quajt &#8220;75 vjet lidhje me bot\u00ebn&#8221;.
