As you are already familiar with the developments, the situation in M-NAV has been brought to a devastating level for a long time. Yesterday’s calling of the President of the Macedonian Air Traffic Controllers Trade Union (SSKL) to the police for questioning, following a report filed by the directors, is the culmination of all the pressures, challenges and obstacles that are directed at the air traffic controllers, and all the other professionals in M-NAV. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
We stand unequivocally behind the President of the Union SSKL and the entire membership and express our support to them in this process, especially after yesterday’s activities directed personally at the union leader. The fact that we as MATCA have been working for a long time is just an addition to all the struggles and efforts that the Union has been leading for decades. It is unfortunate and shameful that despite all the commitments aimed at providing the highest level of services in air navigation, the directors of M-NAV decide in this way to put pressure on the President, the membership of SSKL, and thus on all the controllers and assistant air traffic controllers, whose only requirement is normal working conditions in every sense, so that we can achieve the goals entrusted to us as guardians of our skies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
