HUMAN FACTORS Workshop held

Last week, in the meeting hall of M-NAV GOJSC Skopje, the Association of Air Traffic Controllers held a workshop entitled HUMAN FACTORS INTRODUCTION. For this purpose, we hosted our colleague from Croatia, Zeljko Oreshki, who is a certified Human Factors Specialist, and who performed his task for which he was called at the highest level.

The present controllers and assistant controllers, as well as colleagues from Safety and Quality attended this workshop which covered all Human Factors regulations from EU REG 373, 2017, which have already been implemented in Croatia.

Emphasis was given to the CISM Peer Program and most of the attendees were colleagues interested in volunteering for this very program. MATCA in cooperation with M-NAV is making efforts to help in the most efficient way of selecting Peers, in order to improve the general efficiency of all operational controllers and assistant controllers, a program which according to the regulations must be implemented by April 2024 at the latest.

Attached is the presentation of Zeljko Oreshki, made especially for colleagues from Skopje.
