CISM or Critical Incident Stress Management is a worldwide vision for mutual aid and a program that MATCA presented for the first time 7 years ago in our company. For this purpose, a survey, a workshop and a brochure were created over the years in the spirit of preparing the colleagues for this program.
M-NAV GOJSC, led by the IMS department, started the first phase, which is the selection of PEER candidates.
