За време на годишната конференција на IFATCA во Абу Даби, колегите од Јапонија се обратија до сите здруженија за поддршка. Имено, контролорите на летање кои биле инволвирани во Токио Ханеда несреќата на 2ри јануари 2024, биле пред изрекување на казна за убиство од небрежност.
ЗКЛМ испрати допис за поддршка во кој објаснуваме како кај нас е имплементиран принципот на Just Culture бидејќи сме свесни дека извршниот контролор на летање не секогаш е во можност да компензира за системските аномалии.
